The Designer

Phillip Lim treats silk as structure rather than drape, cutting fluid fabrics into shapes that hold their own geometry on the body. The result is a category of dresses and separates that move softly without ever losing their line. The New York-based house was founded in 2005 by Lim and Wen Zhou.
